The Wings of Musa AS.

In the Qur’an we can see clearly that Musa AS had wings 🪽.

The word جَنَاح means wing consistently throughout the Quran. However when it comes to Musa AS, they try to hide this.

6:38, 15:88, 17:24, 20:22, 26:215, 28:32, 35:1

6:38 And there is no creature in the earth, nor bird flying on its wings save they are communities the likes of you — We have not neglected anything in the Book — then to their Lord will they be gathered.

15:88 Extend thou not thine eyes towards what enjoyment We have granted categories of them, and grieve thou not over them but lower thou thy wing to the believers,

17:24 And lower thou to them the wing of gentleness out of mercy, and say thou: “My Lord: have mercy on them, as they brought me up when I was small.”

26:215 And lower thou thy wing to those who follow thee among the believers.

35:1 Praise belongs to Allah, Originator of the Heavens and the Earth who made the angels messengers having wings: two, three, and four! He increases in creation what He wills; Allah is over all things powerful.

Only when it comes to Musa AS , in 20:22 & 28:32 do they translate the word جناح  as Hand, Side, armpit, bosom etc.

20:22 “And draw thou thy hand into thy wing: it will come forth white, without evil/harm, as another proof.

28:32 “Insert thou thy hand into thy Pocket; it will come forth white, without evil. And draw thou thy Wing to thee against fear. And these are two evidences from thy Lord to Firaun and his eminent ones; they are a perfidious people.”

This is also from where the Masons get the idea the symbology of placing their right hand in their jacket.
